VNC Framework
Visceral/Novel/Credible scoring framework that evaluates whether buyer-facing content triggers emotion, says something new, and backs claims with evidence.
VNC is the content evaluation lens used across Knowledge OS quality gates. Visceral asks: does this hit a nerve the reader recognizes from their own work? Novel asks: does this say something the reader has not heard from 10 other vendors? Credible asks: are claims backed by specific numbers, named tools, or documented outcomes rather than hand-waving? Each dimension scores 1-10. Content that scores below 6 on any dimension gets flagged for revision. The framework was adapted from Chip Heath's Made to Stick principles and calibrated against 18 months of STEEPWORKS content performance data. VNC scoring is a key element of AI GTM strategy content evaluation.
