Reads goals, kanban state, active PRDs, and workstream activity, then produces a concise brief showing where actual work diverges from stated priorities. Tells you what you should redirect attention to, not just what happened.
What It Does
- Computes alignment gaps between prioritized goals and actual workstream activity
- Produces SCQA-structured brief (Situation, Complication, Question, Answer) capped at 500 words
- Flags stale PRDs, blocked tasks, and unmapped work that serves no stated goal
- Recommends a specific action with time estimate and skill to invoke
